Lekker ruime entree. Goede ruimte, die we naar eigen wens kunnen inrichten, maar niet heel licht. Veiligheid bij beloopbaar dak nog een issue.
Eerste indruk positief. Ben, de receptionist heeft toegevoegde waarde. Bezochte verdieping wel gedateerd, maar met potentie.
De gevel, met name onder de daklijst, zou wel opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Faciliteiten (parkeren, fietsenstalling, verbindingen ov etc.) zijn goed.
Op zich mooie ruimtes, maar ruimte 1 (Delflandlaan 4) net te klein en de 2e ruimte moet een hoop aan gebeuren. Ook is deze niet heel praktisch met 2 ruimtes die via de loopbrug zijn verbonden.
Mooi pand. Smaakvol ingericht. Gunstige ligging (ondanks tijdelijke bouwrommel in de buurt, mijn navigatie wilde naar BSUR terug over tijdelijk afgesloten wegen...).
Ook uitstraling van 'main entrance' prima. Die binnentuin open maken met zitjes en badmintontafel e.d. voor personeel zou waarde verhogen!
Locatie (zeer) goed bereikbaar, zowel met OV als auto. Grotendeels goed gerenoveerd.
