For starters, we have only been with this location for 3 months now. In this brief period of time, we have debated many times whether we'd stay here of move again, so the fuel for these debates will be the main source for this review.
Good:
- Accessibility (close to the station)
- Close to the city center
- Reception desk personnel
Bad:
- No phone booths to have a quick call with someone
- Very expensive catering service (not really an option for daily consumption)
- Bad and slow internet connectivity
- Promises were made to make small changes to our office but were never executed.
- Very limited access to a meeting room (1 community meeting room limited to 2hrs /day for free)
- Expensive printing services (albeit provided)
Conclusion: If you are a starter without a very steady cashflow, this is not a place for you. Better try to get help from an incubator instead.
Top location, offer various solutions according to our needs and has a network of office spaces around Belgium
