For meetings and workshops, there are five modern rooms: two smaller meeting rooms for 3–8 people, a larger meeting room for 14 people, an Innovation Space for 14 people and a Collaboration Space for up to 50 people with a grandstand, lighting and sound system and access to its own terrace.

In addition to coworking spaces, there are customizable exclusive spaces: a 462 m² office for up to 64 workstations, a 214 m² office for up to 35 workstations and several smaller team offices ranging from 14 to 36 m² for 2 to 5 people. All spaces are equipped with ergonomic furniture and modern media technology.

Services include high-speed internet, an app-controlled access system, catering options, lockers, printers, showers, parking for cars and bicycles, and a flat rate for coffee, tea and water. Community events are also hosted to promote knowledge sharing and networking.
