A new andys location will open at Neubaugasse 24 in Graz in October 2026, offering approximately 655 m² of office and coworking space. Located on the third floor of the spacelend building, the location provides a variety of workspace solutions, including private offices with a total of 47 workstations, as well as Flex Access and Fix Desk options. The interior has a modern and well-maintained appearance, combining private workspaces with open community and networking areas.
In addition, the location features three professionally equipped meeting and training rooms, two dedicated rooms for online meetings and several phone booths. All memberships are all-inclusive and cover daily cleaning, premium Wi-Fi, printing and scanning facilities, as well as coffee, tea, beverages, snacks and fresh fruit.
