About the office space on Schlesische Straße 26
Office space for rent in Berlin Kreuzberg, right on the Spree: St. Oberholz Schlesische Straße is located at Schlesische Straße 26, 10997 Berlin, in the historic Schellack-Höfe on the southern bank of the river. The oldest buildings of the listed ensemble date back to 1910. In 1919 Carl Lindström AG, at the time Europe's largest music factory, moved in and built a recording concert hall, studios, a record pressing plant, a print shop and production halls – the site is regarded as the starting point of Berlin's music industry boom. Today the industrial lofts house companies from many sectors, and St. Oberholz, a pioneer of coworking in Europe since 2005, brings its community to the creative Mediaspree district.
On the third floor, St. Oberholz offers bright loft spaces that can be taken as a whole or in parts: Area A accommodates up to 78 workstations and Area B up to 66, while separate team rooms for 12 to 24 people are also available. Each area has four meeting rooms and several phone booths, and the shared community area brings together a reception, lounge, kitchen, dining area and an all-hands space. Members can also book meeting rooms at other St. Oberholz locations free of charge via the online calendar. Get in touch to find out more!

The Oberbaumbrücke, one of Berlin's most famous bridges, connects the neighbourhood with Friedrichshain on the opposite bank.
The office is easy to reach by public transport.
