We do things differently from other real estate companies and we have a very challenging position available for a Head of Operations!
About the role
We have a mission: we have built a strong team in Amsterdam for 12 years, launched a team in Paris in 2021, and now we want to disrupt the office market in Berlin, Germany with our competitive way of working. We have been active in the German market for the last couple of years, though we want to take it to the next level and therefore need an experienced broker to help the team achieve that mission.
Your main focus in this role is to represent Flexas.com as 'the place to search’ when entrepreneurs are in search of their next office space. You are responsible for generating new business and you know how to use your extensive network of business owners and entrepreneurs to reach this. Next to that, you master researching your client needs and you plan and do viewings as much as possible.
This role requires travel to Amsterdam approximately 3-4 times a year. We will start to onboard you with a 1-week training in Amsterdam.

About you
- 5+ years of work experience in a commercial broker role in Berlin
- Minimum Bachelor level education or equivalent level of schooling
- Must possess a current German Broker License (or able to apply for it)
- You want to break with the traditional way of brokerage: you want a fresh experience and to make an impact with an ambitious group of people
- You have an extensive understanding of the Berlin and German office market with corresponding network of business owners and entrepreneurs
- You are service-oriented and commercial
- You are able to work independently and manage your time efficiently
- You are very proactive, solution-oriented and you think in possibilities
- Fluency in German and business level in English
