The 88-metre office tower, designed by architect Thomas Herzog and completed in 2007, is part of the striking cluster of high-rises that frames the St. Pauli waterfront. Across around 1,306 m² on two floors, the space brings together freelancers, start-ups and established teams in a lively, creative community – with enough calm and height to stay focused. The on-site team is there for you Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and members enjoy 24/7 access via app.
Choose from 15 private offices and 20 team offices, flexible day offices or a desk in the open coworking area with height-adjustable furniture. Three meeting rooms – two for up to eight people and a seminar room for 16 to 42 guests – are ready for workshops, trainings and client meetings. About the area
St. Pauli is one of Hamburg's most famous and vibrant districts, and the Atlantic-Haus sits right in the middle of it, between the Reeperbahn, the Elbpark and the harbour. Cult cafés, international restaurants and bars are just steps away – from the Jazz-Café at the Mojo Club and the Bistro am Elbpark to Tex's Bar-B-Q at Millerntorplatz – and the St. Pauli Piers and the Elbe waterfront are within easy walking distance. After work, the district's legendary nightlife, theatres and music venues are right around the corner.
The location is very well connected. Reeperbahn S-Bahn station (S1 and S3) is about three minutes' walk away, and St. Pauli underground station on the U3 line can be reached on foot in around six minutes. By car, take the A1 towards Hamburg, then follow Budapester Straße and turn into Zirkusweg. Rentable parking spaces are available, and there are further paid parking options around the building. The entrance to the coworking space is at Zirkusweg 3, a few steps to the left of the main entrance.
