Satellite Office is opening a new office location at Goethestraße 54 in Munich, situated within Villa Goethe, a listed city mansion dating from 1889 that is currently undergoing a complete restoration. Spread across approximately 1,800 m², the location will offer 51 private offices, coworking workspaces and four meeting rooms for up to 20 people. The building will also feature an elegant fireplace lounge and two terraces.
The offices will be designed according to the pureSilent® concept and equipped with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic seating, soundproofed silent cubes and air-conditioned phone booths. The meeting rooms will feature modern video conferencing technology. A multilingual team will provide reception services, office assistance and meeting organisation. High-speed internet, printing and scanning facilities, coffee and water, as well as cleaning services, are included. The location is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.
