The space offers private offices from 4 up to 32 workstations, dedicated desks and hot desks, all fully furnished and ready to move in. Floor-to-ceiling windows give the offices plenty of daylight and, on the upper floors, views over the old town rooftops towards Frauenkirche and the New Town Hall. Several meeting rooms in different sizes, phone booths for focused calls, a central lounge and a communal kitchen area with barista-style coffee and tea are part of the layout, alongside an on-site community team, high-speed WiFi, printing facilities and air conditioning throughout. Members have 24/7 access. Please note that most of the visuals are renderings, as the location has not opened yet.

Absolute prime location directly in Munich's pedestrian zone between Marienplatz and Karlsplatz (Stachus), a few steps from Frauenkirche and Marienplatz. Public transport could hardly be better: the S-Bahn and U-Bahn hubs Marienplatz and Karlsplatz (Stachus) are both within a few minutes' walk, connecting the location with Munich Central Station and the airport. The building sits in a car-free zone; public parking garages are available in the immediate surroundings.
