What you are going to do
How often do you have a chance to be a part of a sales team that helps companies make one of their most important decisions? As an Office Space Consultant, you will proactively reach out to new and existing companies (entrepreneurs, start-ups, etc.) and help them with the first steps in finding a perfect new office space in Europe. In this role, you should have an interest in long term relationship building and providing solutions to complex scenarios such as scaling up or downsizing office space for international companies.
At Flexas.com you are going to learn everything about the B2B complex sales cycle. You will gain knowledge about the real estate office market and will learn how to be a professional knowledge partner to decision-makers in a different types of companies. We organize in-house training every week, have training on the job and you will be given constructive feedback on a daily basis. Together with your manager, you can create a path on how to grow as a sales professional. The position of a broker, for example, can be an interesting next step or exploring other career opportunities.

About you

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree

High interest in sales and you want to build on a solid and professional foundation

You are an excellent communicator, able to build relationships quickly with your colleagues, clients and prospects

Fluency in French and Business level in English
