About the office space on Baseler Straße 48
Office space for rent in Frankfurt, right where the city's connections meet: this coworking space occupies around 2,297 m² in the Kreisler building at Baseler Straße 48, at the southern edge of the Bahnhofsviertel close to Baseler Platz. Completed in 2024 to designs by Frankfurt architects Faller + Krück, the eleven-storey building is also home to the German headquarters of Nestlé. The space welcomes solo entrepreneurs, growing teams and corporates alike, with private offices, team offices, entire office floors, open coworking areas and a lively programme of networking and community events. The reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and members have 24/7 access via a digital app key.
Glass walls, high ceilings and large, openable windows flood the workspaces with daylight, while chilled ceilings, raised floors with flexible cabling and height-adjustable furniture create a comfortable, modern working environment. Choose from 21 private offices, 18 team offices and four office floors, plus coworking areas for focused and active work. Five meeting rooms for four to 20 people and an event space for up to 75 guests are available, and phone booths, community lounges and a fully equipped pantry kitchen with free coffee, tea and water complete the offer. The highlight: spacious green terraces with open-air workspaces and spectacular views over the city. Cleaning, mail and parcel acceptance, bike parking and EV charging stations are also on site. About the area
The Kreisler building sits where the Bahnhofsviertel meets the Gutleutviertel, just a few minutes from Frankfurt's main station and right by Baseler Platz, the southern gateway to the city centre. The area is one of Frankfurt's most diverse food destinations: within a short walk you will find cafés, ramen bars, Indian and international restaurants on and around Kaiserstraße and Münchener Straße, as well as supermarkets and the cult kiosk Yok Yok at the main station. The banks of the River Main are just around the corner – perfect for a short walk between meetings.
Public transport connections are excellent. Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof, with long-distance, regional, S-Bahn and U-Bahn services, is about three minutes' walk away, and bus line 37 as well as tram lines 12, 16, 17 and 21 stop at Baseler Platz right around the corner. By car, take the A5 or A3 towards Frankfurt and continue on the A648 or B44 towards the main station. Rentable parking spaces are available, and there are several public car parks in the immediate vicinity.
